M&S Inspiration Award 2016

The Butters team are absolutely delighted in winning the M&S Inspiration Award for 2016. The products that were nominated have been developed over the last twelve months to target product life extension linked with increasing product quality and reducing customer complaints. The gel is environmentally friendly, extends product life and increases plant health, whilst the insert has been developed for our Home delivery business to reduce vertical moment in transit to reduce damage complaints. Both developments have shown positive reduction in store waste and home delivery customer complaints, all part of the continuous research and development strategy at Butters.
