Our Growing Division is expanding which is highly exciting for the business as our growth strategy continues. However, this does bring challenges to the business in terms of attracting new colleagues into the industry. 

We recognised that Horticulture historically is not known as an area that attracts new people into it and predominately has an aging workforce who have been dedicated to the industry for many years. 

This workforce has a wealth of knowledge and experience that urgently needs tapping into and transferring across to the next generation, ensuring the industry continues to grow and flourish in the future, as it has done for many years.
